A short film is a brief, narrative-driven film that tells a complete story in a condensed format. It uses visual storytelling, creativity, and emotion to engage the audience in a short yet impactful experience.

Themes (One theme must be chosen):

  1. Crime thriller

  2. Message to the general public (public awareness)

  3. Different lives of Gen Z and millennials

Rules & Regulations:
• 2 Rounds will be held:
 1) Round 1 – Surprise Round (the surprise round will be announced one day prior to the event i.e., 24th November)
 2) Round 2 – Screening of the short film
• Number of participants – 10 max
• Time limit – Minimum 4 minutes and maximum 6 minutes

Content Guidelines:
– Short films should be original and not infringe on any copyright material.
– Content should be appropriate for all audiences, avoiding explicit content and hurting any religious sentiments.

Submission Format:
– The file should be submitted in MP4 format.
– File can be submitted through Google Drive link (will be provided).
– Participants should carry a copy of the short film in a pendrive on the day of the event.

Language:
• There will be no language barrier; subtitles are compulsory.

Credits:
• Include a section for end credits with participants’ names and roles (e.g., director, actor, cinematographer).

Rights and Permissions:
• Ensure that participants have the rights and permissions for any music, images, or other materials used in their films.

Disqualifications:
• Submission after the deadline, inappropriate content, or copyright violations.
